One of my team has left the organization and i need to disable his/her address?
If you are the primary contact of the agreement, you can ask anytime to disable the portal access for any user, follow these steps:
- Sign in to support portal.
- Submit a new ticket, select customer service department.
- Select "support portal" under category
- Select "disable user access" under sub-category.
- Fill the description with user full name and email address.
