One of the quickest channel to access our support team is using online chat, we have enabled our support portal with online chat functionality that has the following features: 
  1. Populate customer details.
  2. Screen sharing
  3. Voice calls

How to access the chat service? 

  1. Sign in to support portal with your login credential.
  2. Click on chat icon on the bottom of the page*.
  3. Fill the description.

Service Availability 

Chat service is available only during official working hours from Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). 
Online chat replace ticket submission: Initiating online chat will automatically log a ticket in support portal
