What is My Requests Tab?

My requests page provide you with a single view for all your request types under the support agreement either created by or created by your team, navigating in an easy way to your open, closed, or on hold requests. Under my requests page you will be able to track the following:
  1. Request Status. 
  2. Request per department. 
  3. Requests created by you.
  4. Requests created by your team. 
  5. Creation time.
  6. Agent assignment.
  7. No. of replies per request.
  8. Request tracking number (ticket id).
  9. Request's submission channel.
  10. Add new request (ticket),
